PARTIAL PROPERTY STYLE ᐁ
Sometimes all you need is a bit of TLC and some statement pieces to give the home a “fresh look”. Designed for clients who have existing furniture but need extra pieces to complement their property’s styling, and to give it that wow-factor.

FULL PROPERTY STYLING ᐁ
Our full styling packages are designed to turn an empty property into a home packed with personality. We look at every corner and surface to ensure nothing gets missed. Using a bespoke selection of furniture pieces, art and soft furnishings we deliver the right design package for your property. From bedrooms to bathrooms to backyards, we allocate pieces to suit the space. In addition to property styling, we also project manage trades such as gardeners & landscapers, tilers, cleaners and more.
PHOTOGRAPHY DIRECTION/STYLING ᐁ
DIRECTION We take weaving our magic seriously, so once completed we can be present on the day your property will be photographed. Working together with the photographer, we apply our eagle eye to make sure the visual marketing of your property meets your expectations and your agent’s. We want to make sure that the photography does your property justice, and it’s a delicate balance in terms of ensuring the photos deliver whilst also leaving buyers wanting more. Our aim is to ensure buyers are overwhelmed, not underwhelmed when they come through the property after viewing the photos.
PHOTOGRAPHY STYLING This is one of our basic temporary packages, for clients with pets, kids or if the property is tenanted. We will arrive prior to the photography appointment bringing all our inventory pieces outlined in our quotation. Picture perfect photos without all the fuse, you will be amazed at the transformation, saying goodbye won’t be easy.
