THE PROCESS
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
We will arrange an obligation free on-site meeting at your property. Our aim is to understand the style and to discuss layout options, that will best highlight the property and appeal to the main demographic to which the property will be marketed at.
PROPOSAL
Within 24 hours of the appointment, we will prepare and email you the proposal.
CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
On accepting our proposal we will contact you or your agent to arrange a convenient date to complete the installation.
This will be based on your deadlines and our availability. We prefer to install the day prior to photography and 1-2 weeks’ notice is advised. We also require paper work to be signed off and returned to confirm the booking.
INSTALL
This is where the transformation takes place. On the day of the install our stylists and logistics team will work their magic.
Be prepared that you may not recognise your property at the end! The process takes a minimum of 3 hours to a full day depending on the size of the property.
COLLECTION
Once the property has sold or the contract has expired we will be in touch to arrange the removal of furniture. Extensions are available if there is a need to extend. All furniture items are cleaned and sanitised before and after each use.
